2026-09-24 errors dotnet dotnet-10

Fix: HttpIOException: The response ended prematurely from HttpClient in .NET

HttpClient reuses a keep-alive connection the server just closed, or the server drops the connection mid-response. Lower PooledConnectionIdleTimeout below the server's idle timeout and retry only idempotent requests.

2026-09-24 errors blazor aspnetcore

Fix: Unable to find the required 'IAuthenticationService' service with [Authorize(Policy = ...)] in Blazor

A Blazor Web App page with [Authorize] becomes an endpoint the AuthorizationMiddleware checks, and a failed check calls ChallengeAsync, which needs AddAuthentication. Register a real scheme, or pass component endpoints through to AuthorizeRouteView.

2026-09-17 errors claude-code ai-agents

Fix: Claude Code ignores AGENTS.md (import it from CLAUDE.md or symlink it)

Claude Code 2.1.274 still loads only CLAUDE.md. Bridge AGENTS.md with an @AGENTS.md import or a symlink, then avoid the three traps: imports that don't expand from a subdirectory, symlinks that Windows checks out as a 9-byte text file, and Edit refusing to write through the link. Includes a CI check and a SessionStart hook for repos you don't own.

2026-09-16 errors github-copilot ai-agents

Fix: GitHub Copilot can't see a file because a content exclusion rule excludes it

"File is configured to be ignored by Copilot" or "Some files were excluded from the context" means a content exclusion rule matched. How to find the rule, why globs over-match, and how to narrow it.

2026-09-16 errors dotnet dotnet-10

Fix: UIKitThreadAccessException from MediaPicker.PickPhotosAsync when selecting multiple photos in .NET MAUI iOS

Picking 2 or more photos on iOS throws UIKitThreadAccessException in MAUI 10.0.100 and 10.0.101. MAUI reads PHPickerResult.ItemProvider after an await, off the main thread. Pin 10.0.90, upgrade to 10.0.110, or use a PHPicker shim.

2026-09-16 errors flutter android

Fix: Unexpected failure parsing device information from adb output in Flutter

Flutter 3.47.0 cannot parse adb rows whose serial is 22+ characters, so wireless and some USB Android devices vanish. Upgrade to 3.47.1 or later, or adb connect by IP.

2026-09-15 errors aspnetcore dotnet-10

Fix: ASP.NET Core API endpoints return 401 instead of redirecting to the login page after upgrading to .NET 10

In .NET 10 cookie auth answers API-style endpoints with 401/403 instead of a login redirect. Restore it per endpoint, globally, or with an AppContext switch.

2026-09-15 errors flutter android

Fix: flutter doctor --android-licenses says 'The --licenses option is no longer needed' with cmdline-tools 23

cmdline-tools 23.0 retired sdkmanager --licenses, so Flutter before 3.47.3 reports license status unknown. Upgrade Flutter, or pin cmdline-tools 22.0.

2026-09-15 errors ef-core ef-core-11

Fix: EF Core MigrateAsync and CanConnectAsync keep retrying on 'Login failed for user' for 60 seconds

EF Core's SQL Server existence check retries error 18456 for a full minute, with or without EnableRetryOnFailure. Fail fast, cap RetryTimeout, or wait for EF Core 12.

2026-09-15 errors claude-code ai-agents

Fix: a PreToolUse hook returns "allow" but a deny rule still blocks the tool call in Claude Code

Since Claude Code 2.1.77 a PreToolUse hook's allow cannot override a deny or ask rule. Find the matching rule with /permissions, then move the policy into the hook.
