Solución: flutter upgrade dice "Your flutter checkout has local changes that would be erased by upgrading"
flutter upgrade se aborta si git status en la carpeta del SDK imprime algo. Inspecciónalo, restaura pubspec.lock o usa git stash -u, y deja --force como último recurso.
